Service Description
This class is a semi-private session for athletes at Level 2. Class will be held weekly from January 6th- March 24th. In Level 2, athletes continue to build power and control as they learn to connect skills. Emphasis is placed on clean technique, shaping, and progression into handspring-based tumbling. Athletes MUST Have: -Consistent back and front walkovers -Strong round-off rebound -Starting or understanding back handspring technique Athletes will work on: -Standing back handspring -Round-off back handspring -Back handspring step-out -Valdez -Intro to series back handsprings -Strength, shaping, and core work for advanced tumbling We will incorporate jump technique and dynamic stretching to build power, flexibility, and perfect your athlete's form. Invoices will be sent for February and March's tuition payments. If payment is not received on time, your athlete will be unable to participate until the balance is paid in full.

Cancellation Policy
Athletes should be dressed in fitted athletic attire and sneakers with their hair tied back. Please bring a filled water bottle, labeled with the athlete's name. No gum, jewelry, headbands, crocs, sandals, bare feet, high top sneakers, dresses, jeans or loose clothing. Due to space limitations, reimbursement will not be issued for absences or cancellations. Rescheduling is not permitted for camps, clinics, evaluations or mini sessions. **All participants will be required to sign a liability waiver**
