Service Description
This class is a semi-private session for athletes at Level 2 & 3. In Level 2, athletes continue to build power and control as they learn to connect skills. Emphasis is placed on clean technique, shaping, and progression into handspring-based tumbling. Athletes MUST Have: -Consistent back and front walkovers -Strong round-off rebound -Starting or understanding back handspring technique Athletes will work on: -Standing back handspring -Round-off back handspring -Back handspring step-out -Valdez -Intro to series back handsprings -Strength, shaping, and core work for advanced tumbling Level 3 focuses on advanced tumbling with power and combination passes. Athletes at this level are expected to perform skills with confidence and are ready to work on advanced connections. Athletes MUST Have: -Standing back handspring (unassisted and consistent) -Round-off back handspring series Skills Taught & Practiced: -Round-off multiple back handsprings -Standing series back handsprings -Specialty passes (i.e., front walkover into roundoff back handspring) -Back tucks -Advanced shaping, conditioning, and flexibility We will incorporate jump technique and dynamic stretching to build power, flexibility, and perfect your athlete's form.

Cancellation Policy
Athletes should be dressed in fitted athletic attire and sneakers with their hair tied back. Please bring a filled water bottle, labeled with the athlete's name. No gum, jewelry, headbands, crocs, sandals, bare feet, high top sneakers, dresses, jeans or loose clothing. Due to space limitations, reimbursement will not be issued for absences or cancellations. Rescheduling is not permitted for camps, clinics, evaluations or mini sessions. **All participants will be required to sign a liability waiver**
