Service Description
This class is a semi-private session, perfect for beginners! Athletes will learn forward rolls and build a strong foundation for safe, proper cartwheel technique.

Cancellation Policy
Athletes should be dressed in black, fitted athletic attire and sneakers with their hair tied back. Please bring a filled water bottle, labeled with the athlete's name. No gum, jewelry, headbands, crocs, sandals, bare feet, high top sneakers, dresses, jeans or loose clothing. Due to space limitations, reimbursement will not be issued for absences or cancellations. Rescheduling is not permitted for camps, clinics, evaluations or mini sessions. **All participants will be required to sign a liability waiver**
