Service Description
These evaluations are open to athletes currently in grades 1st through 8th (will be in 2nd through 9th grades for the 2025/2026 school year). Athletes are required to attend a minimum of 2 evaluation days. June 6 4:00pm-6:00pm June 7 10:00am-12:00pm June 8 11:00am-1:00pm
Cancellation Policy
Athletes should be dressed in fitted athletic attire and sneakers with their hair tied back. Please bring a filled water bottle, labeled with the athlete's name. No gum, jewelry, headbands, crocs, sandals, bare feet, high top sneakers, dresses, jeans or loose clothing. Due to space limitations, reimbursement will not be issued for absences or cancellations. Rescheduling is not permitted for camps, clinics, evaluations or mini sessions. **All participants will be required to sign a liability waiver**
